Commissions are not first-come first-serve basis and I have the right to decline commission requests.

All artwork can only be used for Personal Use and not for Commercial Use unless briefed prior.

Personal use includes: (Social media profile pictures, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products) that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.

Do not steal, trace, edit, sell, or claim my work as your own.

DO NOT use my work for NFTs or any blockchain purposes.

Full payment in USD required (PayPal / Stripe) before I begin your commission.

Commissioners are required to pay a 25% of the total fee for a slot. Do not send a payment without my request.

NDA / Non Disclosure Fees are available for an additional 25% fee Hence not sharing any WIPs, or Samples on my part until you, the commissioner, has done/allowed so.

Rush orders will incur a fee of 50% of the total price (it’ll be delivered within 1 week at best / 2-3 weeks for Animation)

Prices are determined before I start working and are non-negotiable after discussing the requests.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work. Which includes the use any commissioned work on my websites, videos, streams, for promotional purposes, and future merchandise sales. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use unless they have purchased a commercial license stated above.

Commissioners are not allowed at any time to modify, edit, change, upload to any A.I. Software on the final work without permission from the Artist.

Full payment in USD required (Stripe ONLY) before I begin your commission.

Commissioners are required to pay a 25% (NON REFUNDABLE) of the total fee for a slot. Do not send a payment without my request.

・ The commissioner will receive a 75% refund on your commission request at any point of time BEFORE I notify you that I have begun working on your commission.

・ The commissioner WILL NOT receive a refund on your commission after I've done a sketch illustration / animation.

You can only ask up to:

Illustrations - TWO revisions during the Sketch process. (i.e. changing of pose or adding/ removing elements in artwork)

Illustration - ONE minor revision during the Coloring Process.

Animation - ONE revision during the Sketch / Concept process. (i.e. changing of animation flow)

After the request is finalized and agreed upon by both commissioner and artist, no major revisions can be made.

But additional charges will be required for further revisions that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.
